Great professionalism

I had an issue with my gym membership and Ms. Amira has resolved it with absolute professionalism and respect. The place is highly hygienic and the staff at the pool and gym are super nice and helpful. Thanks to Amira and the staff. i highly recommend the hotel.

good hotel with bad service

good hotel bad breakfast little , no very little quantity inspite the big number of customer waiters are very slow and the reception are not answering when called from the room i had to go down to them three time just to ask them over all , it was good stay but , don't take a room with breakfast because it not worth it

Great place to stay in the old city.

We were originally directed to the Plaza hotel nearby as a reasonably priced place to stay in the old city. However, after a very unfriendly reception there, we walked across the road to the Doubletree Hilton, where we were received by friendly staff and shown upstairs to a wonderful late breakfast/early lunch. It’s only a short walk from the fabulous Museum of Islamic Art, which must be one of the best museums in the world. The staff were friendly for the entire duration of our visit, and the food was great. Definitely a place to return to. Moderately priced and good access for transport.

Simply a fantastic hotel in every way, great location for access to everywhere, very helpful and polite staff, incredible housekeeping, rooms are great and very spacious, happy to recommend to anyone.

Best Treatment by Ms Pari hostess with Smile

I would like to thank you Ms Pari the hostess who gave me n my family purely attention.all the staff was nice. I remember when I came for the breakfast the hostess pari treat me like a family.she is soooo good take care of my family even all the guest. I would surely come back to this place n I just love it. I would like to share with a management that you have a such a good heart people like Ms Pari n Nourhan, Anthony as well. I hv one disappointed with the manager Mr asaad who is very rude to the staff Infront of us.you should be polite and humble. Rest the breakfast was good. Last but not the least ,Thank you so much Ms Pari I would love to come back here.
