The best hotel in NEW GUDAURI with a lift just for you and the best area in town. Breathtaking views from the room.

This hotel and personal exceeded all my expectations. I never in my life I have been in such a cozy an amazing hotel in my life. The location, the fireplace, the cozy rooms with mountain views that literally made you feel you are in a movie. You literally have a LIFT just for you in the hotel to access to the main slopes I don’t know how someone can say this hotel has not good location while is the best in New Gudauri because you have a lift 10m from you to access to the ski slopes. All the best restaurants are 5 min walking from the hotel and even the restaurant in the hotel with the fireplace is literally breathtaking. The rooms are so modern, cozy and comfy. You feel literally in a dream. I am a very well travelled person, I was in France and Switzerland skiing and never I have been in a hotel like Alpina. Nina the Head of Reception will help you literally with everything and will make your stay exceptional. I only have nice words for her who make magical our stay and helped me to make my husband birthday unforgettable. She is the sweetest and kindness person I met in the whole trip. Her professionalism is outstanding and beyond the words. I wish I could stay more days but definitely I will back to this hotel forever. I highly recommend this hotel because is very difficult to find a better place to stay in New Gudauri. Was spectacular!!!!!

A good hotel

We stayed as part of a school trip. The location is very good. The staff are polite and attentive. The rooms are practical for what we wanted. I found the food to be good for us and the kids. The bar is a great spot for relaxing after skiing with a nice open fire. One small issue was some of the rooms did have a bad smell from the drains on some occasions which needs to be looked. Aside from that I would go back

Holiday in Gudauri, Georgia

Stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful hotel right at the base of the ski mountains. It was love at first sight for all of us, with the location as well as ambience of the hotel. The checkin process was seamless. The front office is pretty well managed. (I believe, when you give respect, you gain it.) Very helpful staff at the hotel. The views from the balcony were fabulous, breathtaking and could not keep me away from it. The room was a bit small for 3 of us but it was very cozy and warm. We had a lot of noisy neighbors at night. Neighbors were smoking in non-smoking rooms!!! (Tch tch..) The food at the restaurant was well presented with good options for vegetarians as well, at breakfast as well as lunch/ dinner. Definitely recommended by us. My son is usually a picky eater, he enjoyed the variety of foods. We liked the climate control within the facility. The billiard tables were nice, can be maintained a little better.

Perfect place for ski lovers

Small but nice rooms, perfect views and atmosphere . perfect for yang people, and couples. if you like to ski, the hotel has best location And incredible tasty menu. the terrace has marvelous views, where you can sit, relax and look and drink wine, starring at the breathtaking mountains

This Hotel is a Real Getaway

We arrived when it was still dark, and they allowed us to check in. The room was comfortable and warm (much needed from the cold outdoors!). After a short nap waiting for the town to wake up and the sun to rise, we awoke to the most magnificent view of the Caucasus mountains! Breakfast was a feast, made even better by the lovely Mariami. She was so nice and accommodating, making sure we ate well and even bringing fruits and tea we didn't get to finish up to our room. Also, don't miss the best hot chocolate by the balcony. That alone is an experience worth having again. The short stay was a real REST. But don't forget to bring your own adaptors for charging as Georgia power outlets are different and Alpina doesn't provide. But overall, will definitely return.
