Get ready for an electrifying pre-Christmas adventure! Under the guidance of our elite coaches, we’ll embark on a thrilling journey to Playitas Resort in Fuerteventura, Spain. Imagine running, jumping, and throwing in perfect conditions alongside masters athletes from around the globe.
About the week
Not only will we have a blast, but we also promise game-changing tips to make you stronger, faster, and more agile, along with crucial secrets to achieving peak performance. This is an open invitation to everyone aged 35 to 100+ for an exciting and rewarding week, where training is tailored for the best possible results. If you want to push your limits as an athlete, this is the trip for you and your friends!
We’ll stay at Europe’s premier training resort for an active holiday. The athletics arena is located in the neighboring village of Gran Tarajal, just a 5-minute drive from the hotel. We will commute together by bus. Beyond training, we’ll share dinners every evening and engage in some exhilarating group activities to enhance the experience even further. Team spirit is crucial for us in making this the best experience possible.

Travel information
We offer flights from 6 nordic airports and Amsterdam. If you are departing from a different airpirt then mentiond above, you can book the accomodation only and the training event with ApolloSports (klick on the book button in the blue box) and then book your own flight. If you book your own flight its very important that you are arriving/departing to Fuerteventura on the exakt dates for the camp, 9-16 December 2024.
There is not possible to make any exceptions regarding the dates.
Note: If you book this event with your own flight solution, you have to make sure that you can cancel your flight tickets without cost. In case of cancelled event due to shortage of participants, we will not compensate any flight tickets or cancellation fees for participants that has booked their own flight solution. Brace yourself for 2-3 activities most days (training, workshops, lectures) designed to inspire and equip you with the tools to excel as an athlete. Our program includes various physical training sessions (athletic fitness, strength training, injury prevention/functional training, etc.) as well as discipline-specific sessions where you can choose your focus. Plus, we offer some captivating lectures.
The program for the week will be presented here shorty. Complete program will be recieved two weeks prior to departure. *We reserve the right to make any changes to the program´s content and times.
Who can participate?
This adventure is perfect for those who love training and competing in athletics at the masters level. You don’t need to be a professional, but having some background is a plus.
